West Oaks Hospital has provided psychiatric care to the Houston area and surrounding communities for over three decades. Our 176-bed acute care facility is fully accredited and included a 16-bed residential treatment center for adult chemical dependency.

We offer a broad range of behavioral health programs for children, adolescents and adults. Treatment is offered at multiple levels of care including inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient.

West Oaks Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Outpatient Servcies Manager -FT to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. The Outpatient Services Manager provides direction, management and supervision of day to day operations of each Outpatient Clinic.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations and Joint Commission standards as they apply to outpatient clinics
• Collaborate with Business Development to manage and monitor internal and external referrals to Outpatient Clinics.
• Ensure patient records are maintained in keeping with professional standards of practice
• Develop, monitor and execute the quality and performance Improvement Initiatives for the Outpatient Clinics.
• Perform duties of a Therapist.

Requirements:

• Education Required: Master's Degree in Psychology or Social Work.
• Licensure and certification Required: LPC, LMSW or LCSW in Texas, CPR and hospital de-escalation certifications.
  Experience Required: Two years of clinical experience working wth psychiatric and chemically dependent patients and family systems; and one year of supervisory experience.
