Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent patient service and ensuring smooth operations. - Handle billing inquiries and process payments
- Manage office supplies and maintain a clean reception area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in using dental software (Softdent) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
