GENERAL OVERVIEW OF KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for assigning, reviewing, and coordinating services provided by supervisees. In conjunction with the Unit Director, the individual is also responsible for tracking and monitoring staff productivity to ensure compliance with CBH requirements and WES’ policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL & CORE FUNCTIONS:
1. Provides direct supervision weekly to program staff.
2. Maintains productivity requirements/standards for the unit.
3. Oversees clinical documentation and clinical development of therapists.
4. Ensures the submission of complete and timely encounters in WES’ EMR system.
5. Maintains and establishes linkages and collaboration with other service units within the agency as well as with outside service providers.
6. Monitors or arranges staff development through in-service and Family Based mandatory training.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
PREREQUISITES & QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:
1. A graduate degree in psychiatry, psychology, social work/science, nursing, education, rehabilitation or a graduate degree in the field of human services plus 2 years’ experience in a CASSP system program. 1 year of Supervisory experience. (2) Be a licensed registered nurse (RN) with 5 years of experience including 2 years of experience in a CASSP system program plus have certification by the Department’s Office of Mental Health (OMH) as a mental health family-based worker.
2. Valid FBI clearance, criminal history check and child abuse history clearance required.
3. Participation in and completion of all CBH mandatory in-services (must be completed with three (3) months of hire and then annually from the date of the initial training).

1. The individual is to be supervised by the Director.
