ADULT OUTPATIENT SERVICES Clinical Supervisor (FT)

Provide supervision to Mental Health Professionals and assigned interns, interviewing, hiring and training staff, planning assigning and directing work assignments. Responsible for the supervision of client care, team production and implementation of clinical and administrative policy and ensure clinical services are in compliance with state and federal regulations, funding source requirements and agency policies and procedures. Review program staff documentation; ensure all documentation and authorizations are requested, complete, accurate and processed in a timely manner. Will participate in annual budget planning and development sessions, monitor program expenditures and production.

Qualifications: Must be a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) If not licensed, must meet these listed requirements: master’s degree from an accredited university or college in a mental health discipline, such as psychology, counseling, clinical social work or marriage and family therapy. Two years supervisory experience required. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and overall computer skills along with the ability to learn and use Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
