This is a small family business that is expanding. We are looking for a Bookkeeper to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This position is primarily responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. The Bookkeeper will also be responsible for the collection of payments and the processing of invoices.
Skills
- Proven accounting experience, preferably in bookkeeping or payroll roles
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll procedures
- Experience with ERP software (Salesforce) a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional MS Excel skills (must)
- High school diploma or equivalent; BSc BA in Business Administration or related field is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
