Summary:

Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management. Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions. Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational. Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans. Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership. Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise.

Responsibilities:

• The Program Manager will be supporting the Corporate & Investment Banking teams by acting as the program lead and business analyst for projects focused on trade tagging, counterparty credit, and data mapping.
• The Program Manager will perform horizontal analysis of key operational themes to solve complex issues relating to critical workflows. This individual will build a unique front to back subject matter expertise to drive diverse and challenging workstreams that will improve processes across Shared Services in support of both front office and back-office functions across the bank.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across the Shared Services LOBs to create executive ready presentations
• Partner with LOB owners to create business cases, proposals and project plans to solve critical operational issues
• Perform root cause analysis of issues and incidents to strengthen controls across the trade lifecycle
• Lead and facilitate cross-operational forums that help identify and solve issues for shared services stakeholders
• Contribute to streamlining the client experience, meet regulatory requirements and improve efficiency to the overall onboarding framework and specifically to the FX business expansion initiatives and workflows therein.
• Develop a strong understanding of technology applications and systems ensuring strategic delivery and process efficiency within the Onboarding workflow

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Ability to navigate within Jira.
• Experience with Tableau with the ability to edit and present dashboards.
• Experience with Credit Platforms (CORS)
• Prior experience in Financial Services/Banking specifically Capital Markets, FX, Securities, and/or Derivatives
• Previous experience as a Program Manager/Project Manager/Technical Business Analyst.
• Able to present Power Points to senior leadership.
• Prior Wells Fargo experience using Colline, Client Information Database and Doc Force (Preferred)
