About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Systems Operations Engineer supporting a wide variety of M365 products. One will be working in a fast-paced environment where there will be opportunities for growth and leadership. This team composes of team members across the United States. This Engineer will have the opportunity to work with Microsoft on complex related issues, help pilot/test many sunrising of products, to providing production support over Incident Tickets.
In this role, you will:- Participate in complex technical issues and initiatives related to large scale applications, systems, databases, or other technical products and services
- Identify opportunity for process improvements within technical support strategies and plans
- Review and analyze technical queries to extract data, create standard databases, or perform limited programming to fine tune systems supporting low to medium risk technical deliverables
- Present recommendations for resolving complex technical queries
- Exercise some independent judgment to analyze performance trends and recommend process improvements while developing understanding of technical process controls or standards
- Work as an internal consultant regarding use of tools and processes
- Provide information related to supported system area to functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders, including internal customers
Required Qualifications:- 2 years of Systems Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2 years of Exchange (2016/2019)/Exchange Online/Outlook administrative experience
- 2 years of Intune/Mobility administrative support (iOS/Android/MDM, Intune)
- 2 years of Microsoft Teams support
Desired Qualifications:- Knowledge of Mobility Administration/Support (MDP, Intune administration, BES support, Android/iOS Support, MFA)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams (desktop/mobile support, troubleshooting with Microsoft complex related Teams related issues, to administration of polices)
- Exchange Administration/Support
- Azure Support
- Active Directory Users and Computers
- ZIX administration/support
- m365 Application Support
- Knowledge of using ServiceNow as the Ticket Tracking System.
- Knowledge Base articles composition/maintenance of documents
- PowerShell scripting

Fast paced environment where this Operations team has many intake processes and initiatives: (ServiceNow Incidents Tickets, ServiceNow Catalog Tasks, Wanda, Change Requests, M&A work, to project sunrise/sunset). Looking for a positive team member who is very communicative and is very customer service orientated. This team has various team members across the United States and has peers in India that assist with production support during US times.
Pay Range$30.58 - $65.24
