About this role:

Wells Fargo's Strategy, Digital, and Innovation (SDI) organization is seeking a Senior Lead Process Engineer. The successful candidate will work with SDI Process Owners & Managers, Risk, and Enterprise BPM partners to identify, design, measure, improve, and automate SDI operational processes and services. Will support & facilitate end-to-end execution of priority operational and technology efficiency work focused on simplification, data integrity, and integration. This individual will champion operational excellence consulting services to partners across all SDI Lines of Business.

In this role, you will:

  • Work as an experienced level process consultant who will organize, lead, and facilitate large scale companywide strategic redesign projects
  • Ensure effective relationships among the design teams
  • Identify complex analyses and apply results to initiatives that support recommendations for optimal approaches, including proposed technology, staff and structure changes, and cost estimates
  • Partner with executives and more experienced managers companywide to help define the business strategy
  • Create and execute corresponding business plans and initiatives
  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 7 years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience with Business Process Design, Process Modeling, Continuous Improvement, Service Modeling, current & target operating models
  • Business Process Management Notation (BPMN 2.0) experience
  • iGrafx process modeling and flowchart diagramming (or similar like Visio or Signavio)
  • Strong communication & collaboration skills to drive meetings with numerous stakeholders in order to achieve outcomes

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Risk Identification Techniques like RCSA, root cause analysis will be an added advantage
  • Looking for process engineers with relevant experience on driving process improvements, process re-engineering using BPM and business modelling methodology
  • The ideal candidate should have exposure using clean slate approach to understand current state of the business and process, create future states by identifying opportunities to improve business processes, risks and control gaps
  • The role will require collaboration with multiple stakeholders to create high level and decomposed states of the processes, process attributes like metrics, KPI’s, KRI’s etc.
  • Use process engineering hat to suggest process changes, improvements and measures to mitigate risk and control gap
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
  • Change Management experience or certification (Prosci or equivalent)
  • This opportunity provides a Hybrid work schedule

Pay Range

$111,100.00 - $237,100.00
