About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a seasoned technology professional with experience driving large scale transformation, modernization, and delivery that spans businesses to achieve strategic outcomes.
In this role, you will:- Act as a top subject matter expert to lead Core Banking products and large-scale programs with enterprise impact, high risk and/or with significant scope, cost, and benefits
- Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant development and execution of Core Banking product/ programs and initiatives which have significant impact across multiple areas or the enterprise
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, broad-reaching, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
- Coordinate highly complex activities and resolution
- Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding Core Banking/ Modernization strategy for product/functionality/experience area
- Influence the modernization strategy for the business line or enterprise that significantly impacts the organization's business and financial operations
- Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications:- 10 years of product/large scale program management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Experience leading large scale transformational initiatives in financial services companies
- Executive leadership experience managing complex technological large scale cross functional initiatives in a large-scale dynamic organization preferably financial services.
- Leadership experience driving process change in a large, cross LOB financial services company
- Demonstrated experience driving top-down culture change
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio of technology efforts across several major lines of business and effectively partner/influence at the senior executive level.
- Broad experience across multiple areas of technology including architecture, infrastructure, application development with strong understanding of leading edge as well as legacy and distributed technology to effectively manage the complex and diverse applications portfolio.
- Highly effective decision-making/critical thinking/problem solving skills with a collaborative and results oriented leadership style.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of financial, operational, technical and regulatory drivers impacting a complex and dynamic global technology environment.
Job Expectations:- Lead Core Banking Modernization across multiple Products, businesses, and technology organizations spanning Wells Fargo with significant focus on stakeholder management, change management, cross-product planning, and delivery for multi-year strategic initiative.
