Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager for the Consumer Digital team. This is an individual contributor position in the Wells Fargo Consumer Digital product management team with a focus on delivering best in class mobile and online experiences related to DDA, Cash Accounts Opening & Servicing, Messaging, Engagement & Self-Service Features.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead a scrum team focused on building digital experiences for retail banking clients
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify product improvements and new product features
  • Drive and capture product requirements and write user stories
  • Collaborate with design partners on UX/UI development
  • Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Review and update procedure and training documentation and launch communications
  • Identify opportunities to improve the client's digital experience by reviewing research and feedback from Voice of Customer sources, user testing, and competitive intelligence
  • Participate in production validation and regression testing for code releases
  • Make decisions in digital strategy for product or functional area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures, and risk/compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in the digital banking
  • Financial services or banking experience related to money management, accounts opening, digital adoption and engagement
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions and translate findings
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Ability to influence and manage cross functional work streams to execute projects with quality and on-time
  • Experience interpreting business and technical needs and translating them into user stories
  • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
  • This opportunity provides a Hybrid work schedule
  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship
  • Salary range for NYC & Bay Area: $115,900 - $206,100 USD
Pay Range
$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
