About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Legal Department. The Legal Business Solutions (LBS) section enables the Legal Department to serve their clients more effectively by empowering in-house attorneys to spend more time on the practice of law. This candidate should be highly collaborative with a demonstrated ability to work with and function as part of a team to deliver value and measurable results. In this role, you will:

• Provide thought leadership in the area of process, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
• Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
• Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
• Leverage business acumen and soft skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships in a matrix organization

• Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications,

• 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 4 years of formal process improvement / operational excellence experience
• Experience defining, documenting, and implementing business requirements, policies, procedures and processes
• Management Consulting, Strategy Consultant, or Business Operations Experience
• Active listener with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to read complex customer situations and adapt as needed
• Ability to develop and execute business vision, strategies, and goals
• Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
• Independent thinker who brings initiative, creativity, energy, discipline and commitment to the role
