About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to support discovery and research for Consumer Collections and Servicing (CCS) letter implementation work In this role, you will: Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners Liaison with numerous partners, including, but not limited to business, Change Management, Implementation, Technology, and Product Teams. Participate and/or lead reviews for potential change requests to ensure solutions, impacts, dependencies, and appropriate partners are identified to create an effective and efficient implementation process. Partner with CCS Customer Communication Team from Change Request in-take to completion. Establish a consistent and predictable process to increase quality and efficiency of Change Requests. Demonstrate flexibility and attention to detail in a matrixed environment. Required Qualifications: 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 2 experience with Consumer Collections & Servicing customer communications letters. Experience with issue management and implementing sustainable corrective actions. Experience performing discovery and analysis to identify impacts to customers, employees, in-flight work, partners, processes, and procedures. Experience gathering and creating change/project requirements working through dependencies to create an execution plan. Experience with continuous improvement of people, processes, and procedures. Ability to demonstrate strong partnership and collaboration in working with various partners to solution and plan for work that is complex and often has multiple dependencies. Ability to work independently and within agile kanban team. Ability to prioritize and demonstrate a high level of time management. Ability to handle conflict resolution Strong attention to detail skills.
