About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant within Supply Chain Management
In this role, you will:- Be a part of a highly skilled team of supplier management professionals to align and execute enterprise risk strategies and supplier capabilities to achieve enterprise-wide business objectives.
- Be accountable to the team lead within Supplier Management for the timely execution and quality of critical activities performed within this function.
- Collaborate with risk and oversight partners to support governance and control programs.
- Collaborate with line of business partners to understand and effectively manage their third-party risk portfolio.
- Participate in Supplier Management strategy development, process disciplines, and change initiatives to achieve desired results.
- Support Third Party Program (TPP) and Supply Chain Management life cycle activities and identify new risks as business requirements evolve.
- Contribute and provide feedback for supplier management processes, strategy, and/or enterprise program recommendations.
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
Required Qualifications:- 2 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems
- Ability to communicate credible challenge professionally and articulate detail, accuracy and provide impact analysis of change
- Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Solid critical thinking skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong relationship management skills
- Experience working with changing priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge and understanding of Tableau
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
- 1 years of third-party risk management experience
