The Lead Digital Product Manager for Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking Digital (CB CIB Digital) will influence the overall roadmap, and end-to-end execution in creating and delivering transformational experiences that help customers clients interact and transact digitally with Wells Fargo. This role will work on the Digital Activation Strategy & Readiness team. We are focused on developing, implementing & tracking strategies across the organization to build out go to market initiatives, improve client activation, and launch readiness & enablement programs. We partner with teams across the bank to enable the launch of best-in-class products, services, and capabilities for clients and employees. This will span across our suite of client journeys including manage their product interactions digitally through managing partnerships that span across all of our products – onboarding, web, mobile, lending, embedded finance, APIs and more. This role will work cross-functionally across key stakeholders in digital product as well as sales, operations, core product and other line of business teams to understand key needs and help to shape the future of digital for these clients and our internal teams.
This role will also be a strategic leader and influencer for the CIB Digital go to market and sales strategy, leading market analysis, building out frameworks, and developing data-driven recommendations and engagement. This position will be a key member of the team blending industry expertise, executive presence, and partnership skills with the ability to go deep with customers, transformational partners, product managers, technologists, architects, and experience designers to define game changing innovation that is a win for our customers and Wells Fargo.
