Wells Fargo is Hiring a Business Execution Manager- (Head of CB Early Careers Training) Near Des Moines, IA

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager - Head of CB Early Careers Training to lead the planning, design, coordination and delivery of business and credit training for Commercial Banking Early Careers.
In this role, you will:
  • Determine training strategy, content, and coordination of delivery in collaboration with line of business and program leaders, internal partners, and third parties where applicable.
  • Deliver credit training on a large scale while also coaching both participants and managers to reinforce learnings and provide on-the-job support.
  • Monitor training approach and content to ensure it meets business needs, is appropriate to a diverse cross-section of early talent, and is relevant with respect to current underwriting and portfolio management practices, including policy and procedures, across Commercial Banking.
  • Innovate approaches to format and delivery that enhance engagement and on-the-job relevance to support improved outcomes for the business
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to support the execution of credit training at various stages of early talent progression.
  • Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business
  • Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives
  • Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners
  • Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2 years Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in Commercial Banking credit underwriting and portfolio management.
  • Experience in developing and delivering credit and other training content for an early talent audience.
  • Proven interest in supporting early talent programs.
  • Understanding of Commercial Banking credit, including systems, process, policy.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with a broad range of partners.
  • Experience leading others to effectively prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Proven record of impact and influence at the senior leadership level and ability to build positive, trusting work relationships.
  • Experience within diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
