About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Administrator to join the Business Implementation Management Comprehensive Review Team as part of Consumer Collections and Servicing (CCS). This individual will focus on the review of customer facing communications for certification, working closely with business partners to ensure the accuracy of communications and assisting with updates as needed. In this role, you will: Support the review of customer facing communications for certification Work closely with business partners to ensure accuracy of communications and assist in updates as needed to meet business goals and objectives Identify opportunities for process improvement for the overall effectiveness of the team Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or updating customer facing communications Perform complex administrative transactional and operational and customer support tasks Ensure that reviews operate with maximum efficiency to meet timelines Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to less experienced staff and business partners Interact with immediate team and external business partners on wide range of information Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables Independently meet performance metrics and policy expectations Assist with the editing and publishing of procedure documentation Wells Fargo only considers candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who do not require work visa sponsorship from Wells Fargo now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.
