We are in search of a Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist that is healthy and has a positive attitude with a BIG smile that can do 10 things at once!
We have a fast-paced growing wellness office! It is very important to have great energy and great people-skills. We are looking for someone that is task-oriented, detail oriented and trainable. You will be working in a positive environment where patient experience is the number one priority. You will be an integral part of an amazing team that brings TRUE health and wellness into the lives of individuals and families. Below, you will find a brief description for each component of this multi-faceted opportunity.
Monday 7-1 and 2-7pm
Tuesday 9-1 and 2-7pm
Wednesday 9-1 and 2-7pm
Thursday 9-1 and 2-7pm
Friday 9am-12pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Front Desk: General Office Tasks; Answering Phones; Scheduling; Patient Management; Data Management; General House Keeping; Collect and post patient payments; File Management; Helping patients with paperwork; Verifying Insurance.
-Patient interaction: Instructing patients with spinal exercises. Encouraging patients to attend in-office health events; Setting up for in-office events; Creating sign-in sheets; Creating and posting flyers in the office.
SKILLS NEEDED
-Must be efficient, have a strong attention to detail and follow through
-Have a strong desire to impact our patients' health and be a resource/leader to others (if you are interested in health, nutrition, fitness and positive mental thinking, you'll be a good fit!)
-Be coach-able and ready to learn about the job, patients and yourself (you will be required to train in-office and will be expected to practice in your spare time- we constantly strive to achieve a higher skill level in order to best serve our patients)
-Have reliable transportation (you are expected to arrive on time or before and to not leave until you're scheduled to)
-Be Punctual. 5 minutes early is considered on time
-Dress professionally/modestly and maintain professional atmosphere
-Work within the structure of an office team with specific tasks designated for you to complete (you will have guidance and go-to if you need assistance and we will train you to feel comfortable with each task)
-Strong people skills are a huge plus
-Because of the nature of the office and patient interaction, you will be on your feet the majority of the time
