We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's HR functions and initiatives. You will collaborate with various departments to provide strategic HR guidance, implement policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process for hiring new employees
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Utilize HR systems such as Paylocity, Ceridian, ADP, or Dayforce to manage employee information and payroll processes
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies to identify and develop top talent within the organization
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with affirmative action planning requirements
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Assist in the development of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics
- Proficiency in using HR systems such as Paylocity, Ceridian, ADP, or Dayforce
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information
- Experience in developing and implementing training programs
- Knowledge of affirmative action planning requirements
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
