```Duties```
- Provide application support and assistance to customers
- Conduct training sessions and demonstrations for clients on how to use the application effectively
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or problems that customers may encounter
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and report any bugs or system errors
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of the application for new clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

```Requirements```
- Strong knowledge and experience in telemarketing, accounting, and 10-key typing
- Familiarity with medical terminology and understanding of healthcare industry processes
- Proficiency in using software applications such as Quicken, PeopleSoft, and other account management systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
