As a Client Services Intern at Well Done, you’ll work alongside many talented, passionate people to bring conceptual and strategic ideas to life. Naturally, you’ll be responsible for making sure these creations are in line with the client brief—and it’s expected you possess in-depth knowledge of design, layout, color, and typographic principles. Position:
This internship provides support to one or more members of the Account Service team and will gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day managing of client accounts, including coordinating client projects with Well Done Marketing creative teams, handling various administrative tasks, conducting research, monitoring client industry news, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The position will require working-level understanding of assigned clients and their associated industries, products and services, and strategic communications plans.
Reports to: Vice President of Client Services
Position Type: Part-time; hourly paid internship
Expected Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, Flexible 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or equivalent up to 20 hours/wk.
Internship Duration:12 weeks (240 hrs.) from May 20, 2024 – Aug 9, 2024 (approx. dates)
Degree Track:Must be a registered student or recent grad working towards a degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, or a related field

This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, digital cameras, and scanners.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time.
Travel:
Travel may be limited for client meetings or other agency activities.
