About Our Maintenance Role

Our ideal candidate is someone who loves to work with their hands and support others. Every action completed in this role sets up fellow team members for a successful and safe work day. If you enjoy working with and maintaining machines and facilities, this is the position for you.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance tasks needed including but not limited to filter replacement and fluid checks
• Perform basic manufacturing machine repairs and replacement of parts
• Assemble furniture, hang shelves, and other carpentry duties as needed
• Implement safety checks on forklifts, ladders, and fire extinguishers; notify management for any outside repairs or service needed

These are some of the more frequent tasks you could expect to perform during your workday, but you may be called upon to fulfill other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors on your feet for up to 95% of the day; ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Electrical and plumbing skills are a plus
• Experience with mechanical repairs and small facility projects preferred

This is a full-time position in office position with the occasional opportunity for overtime. Starting salary is determined by experience, education, and potential.
