Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling commercial litigation matters and strong writing skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to take on challenging cases and further develop their legal expertise. Prior clerkship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal services and support firm initiatives

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience practicing commercial litigation
• Strong litigation skills, including proficiency in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and client service

Pay: From $111,175.00 per year
