Job Description:

The Executive Driver will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting C-Suite Level individuals and VIP guests to various destinations and maintaining the company vehicle.

You will operate a non-commercial vehicle and must have a valid Class B license with passenger and air brakes endorsements. You will be an extension of our client’s Global Transportation team, integrated into their company culture, and will be joining a program recognized as one of the Best Workplace for Commuters.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to WeDriveU Chauffeur Policies & Procedures
• Reliability and punctuality
• Compliance with all traffic laws, and federal and state transit regulations
• Safely operate and drive a vehicle without a break for a minimum period of 3 hours
• Use GPS guidance and rideshare applications
• Adhere to the assigned route
• Interact cordially with clients
• Excellent communication skills with client and WeDriveU management
• Flexibility and ability to follow directions

Skills Required and Physical Demands:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of professional chauffeur experience required
• Ability to perform a basic vehicle inspection including checking vehicle tires, lights, and oil
• Intermediate computer skills as this job will require the use of a developmental ride-hailing application
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong work ethic
• Expert Map reading skills
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening, MVR and Background Check
• Passion for alternative modes of transportation is a plus!

Education and Qualifications:

Hard Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred Requirements:

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in chauffeur driver industry, customer service, or hospitality
