Responsibilities
Communicates with employees and managers regarding timekeeping discrepancies and finding resolutions.
Will review payroll entries, monitor reports for errors, and ensure that the payroll process runs smooth.
Will be generating, analyzing timekeeping reports, incomplete time, identifying trends, and recommending process improvements.
Will be working with Human Resources, Payroll, and other departments to ensure accurate and efficient timekeeping processes.
Working with employees to help resolve issues they are having with entering time and getting feedback from employees regarding issues within the UKG portal.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Must have a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
Demonstrated ability to perform the essential office functions.
Must have experience working in timekeeping systems (UKG preferred).
Must have previous experience working with employees on timekeeping resolutions.
Experience with Microsoft Suite especially Excel.
Timekeeping with union contracts, etc. and/or timekeeping within larger organizations
