WealthPoint Advisors, LLC is Hiring a Client Service Administrator Near Indianapolis, IN

WealthPoint Advisors is a financial services firm that specializes in providing personalized investment and wealth management solutions to clients. We are looking for a Client Service Administrator to join our team, who will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients and supporting our team of advisors.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, email, and in person
  • Manage and maintain client records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and serving as the liaison between clients and advisors
  • Assist with account openings, transfers, transactions, and other administrative tasks
  • Help create and distribute client-facing communications, including newsletters and marketing materials
  • Continually develop knowledge of industry trends and news to better inform clients and advisors
  • Plan and execute special projects as needed, including client events
  • Obtain/maintain notary designation
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in financial services or a related field
  • Strong customer service skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software and/or portfolio management software
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to meet time deadlines and balance multiple responsibilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter, takes initiative, proactive, and resourceful
  • Able and willing to learn new software with nominal help
  • Team player, collaborative, able to work closely with others
  • Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment; reliable and dependable
