Role Overview:
In the capacity of Production Supervisor at We The Wild, you will:
- Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure production tasks are on track and quotas and standards are consistently achieved.
- Team Leadership: Direct and organize our production staff, tackling any immediate operational or personnel challenges.
- Training & Onboarding: Initiate and manage the training of new recruits, keeping the team updated on any procedural or safety updates.
- Equipment & Machinery Management: Ensure equipment is maintained and operated correctly, addressing technical glitches promptly.
- Quality Control: Uphold our commitment to unparalleled product quality by performing regular inspections and addressing any discrepancies.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Monitor raw material inventory, oversee regular stock counts, and liaise with the management or procurement team for restocking. Ensure efficient inventory receiving processes.
- Documentation & Reporting: Track vital production metrics, reporting to the Operations Manager regarding performance, challenges, or areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or related role.
- Robust knowledge of production processes and machinery.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with quality control standards and methodologies.
