As our Fulfillment Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in advancing this vision.

Role Overview:

As a Fulfillment Supervisor at We The Wild, you will:

• Oversee Daily Fulfillment Operations: Identify and segregate orders based on channels such as D2C, B2B, and retail. Ensure timely and accurate packing and shipping of orders with personalized touches as needed. Coordinate with courier partners to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Provide continuous direction and guidance to fulfillment staff, addressing and resolving any immediate operational or personnel challenges.
• Inventory Oversight: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and accurate data through regular audits.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure order accuracy and promptly address any discrepancies in shipments.
• Training and Development: Lead the onboarding and training of new employees, keeping the team updated on any procedural changes.
• Equipment and Facility Management: Regularly inspect and maintain all equipment, ensuring operational readiness and overseeing the cleanliness and safety of the fulfillment space.
• Performance Evaluation: Monitor team performance metrics and relay feedback and recommendations to the Operations Manager for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fulfillment or warehouse supervision.
• Strong ability to understand and execute managerial directives effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and tools.
• Commitment to maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction in line with the company's vision.
• Strong competency in excel, google sheets and ability to work with and manipulate data.
• Currently hold or have previously held a forklift license.
• Ability to work under pressure with a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong attention to detail.
