WE Communications is Hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Near New York, NY

What We Need

We are seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner who has strong recruitment skills and business partnership acumen to support the growth of the North America Team. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will report into the Head of Talent Acquisition, North America, partner with a team of Recruiters, HR business partners, cross-functional peers, and other teams to execute against recruiting targets. You will be responsible for different areas of our business, set benchmarks, analyze data/metrics, and understand how to prioritize to reach hiring demands across the WE and Codeword businesses.

This position is hybrid and must sit in our NYC office.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the full lifecycle recruiting process for internal agency clients and candidates
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the business leads on how to identify and recruit talent for their organizations
  • Develop and implement search strategies using both digital and traditional recruiting practices and strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Train, counsel and guide hiring managers through the recruiting/interview process
  • Become a WE and Codeword brand ambassador, influencing peers to network across all platforms to attract talent to the agency
  • Acquire top talent across all levels of the organization
  • Able to assert POV and effectively identify, embrace and influence key stakeholders
  • Apply advanced internet search experience and knowledge of recruitment and sourcing tools
  • Drive sourcing capability and delivery across a geographically dispersed team within North America to proactively build diverse technical and non-technical candidate pools, leveraging all available talent channels
  • Use strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends to identify opportunities, interventions, and initiatives for improvement
  • Develop and execute projects to identify and drive productivity improvements that enable the team to improve process and maximize efficiencies

What you've been able to accomplish

  • 4 years of Recruiting experience and building strong relationships with stakeholders
  • 2 Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects and client relationships
  • 2 Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets. Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter are preferred.
  • Experience recruiting a variety of positions simultaneously
  • High volume recruiting experience preferred
  • General knowledge of employment law and interviewing principles
  • PC proficiency in MS office
  • Proficiency with Google is a big plus!
  • Demonstrated experience employing inclusive and behavioral based interviewing techniques
  • Strong business acumen and ability to quickly learn about different business environments by asking the right questions
  • Client focused with strong attention to producing quality results and ongoing talent pipelines
  • Comfortable co-leading different training sessions to the business and extended HR team
  • Consultative mindset and ability to anticipate client needs

Your Salary: 

The target range of base salary in all locations within the United States for this role is $92,000 - $120,000 per year. Actual salary is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to business needs, level of responsibility, skill set, level of experience, and geographical location.
