We are seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner who has strong recruitment skills and business partnership acumen to support the growth of the North America Team. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will report into the Head of Talent Acquisition, North America, partner with a team of Recruiters, HR business partners, cross-functional peers, and other teams to execute against recruiting targets. You will be responsible for different areas of our business, set benchmarks, analyze data/metrics, and understand how to prioritize to reach hiring demands across the WE and Codeword businesses.
This position is hybrid and must sit in our NYC office.

Your Salary:
The target range of base salary in all locations within the United States for this role is $92,000 - $120,000 per year. Actual salary is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to business needs, level of responsibility, skill set, level of experience, and geographical location.
