- Consolidate diverse language information and training data from enterprise systems into a single corporate website.
- Standardize data to enhance searchability for language analysts.
- Develop, manage, and deliver training, outreach, and documentation materials for the consolidated database.
- Obtain language training data from across the customer enterprise.
- Analyze and process data, including cleaning and formatting it into standardized, easily queryable formats.
- Deliver cleaned and organized data into customer systems.
- Provide support for outreach, training, and documentation activities.
- Deliver training materials as requested by the customer.
- Assist the Global Outreach & Tradecraft Services team with outreach, technical writing, and related tasks.
- Provide status updates and deliverables to the customer as requested.
- Maintain and set completion dates for training documentation, ensuring consistency in formatting and style.
- Migrate, edit, and incorporate video, audio, and graphics into training documentation.
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or high school diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience.
- Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a STEM field.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in creating training and presentation materials.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with personnel at varying levels within the organization.
- Extroverted, detail-oriented, and self-starter mentality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with diverse formats such as PDF, video, graphics, pictures, and documents.
- Knowledge of SharePoint & Confluence.
- Familiarity with customer corporate tools.
