What You'll Be Doing (We prefer narrative over bullet points!)
In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and reviewing technical documentation across various media formats, particularly focusing on documenting application software user guides and user workflow documentation.
You'll have the opportunity to delve into cutting-edge systems, potentially involving processing-intensive analytics, pioneering algorithm development, managing extensive datasets, real-time systems, business management information systems, and integrating data repositories, transport services, as well as application and systems development and monitoring. These contributions are essential to ensuring the success of our clients and the broader mission.
Required Skills
- Disciplined in implementing complex documentation practices
- Experience with the technical terminology in order to provide related documentation
- Produces various technical documentation for a wide audience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience using the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience using the MS Office Tool Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio)
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- (6) years’ experience as a Technical Writer
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (substitution allowed)
