You are:

Asset Specialist

Assist in the management of assets issued to the program and work with the Army Technician to track alignment of the assets. The team member will be responsible for updating or documenting policies and procedures, as well as assisting with management of client assets and disposal.

Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for managing, monitoring and tracking property based on site location, type and usage.
    • Manage an accurate inventory of all property and maintain and update property records.
    • Acts as the Contractor’s property management representative.
    • Assist project resources on how to maintain and log in to their assigned assets.
    • Assist with adhoc requests.
    • Resolve any property issues.

Here's what you need:

    • Experience in Asset Management/Inventory Management.
    • Experience in one or more of the following: Business Process Implementation, Process Improvements, IT Infrastructure Operations.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook).
    • Experience resolving property related concerns, inventory management.
    • Must be able to lift equipment and cart from office to car (GFE’s) (laptop, docking stations, monitors and/or phones

The extras:

    • US Citizenship, no dual citizenship
    • Clearance: clearable up to a Secret

Bonus points:

    • Property Book Management is strongly desired.
    • Experience processing 2875's.
    • Knowledge of the installation’s supply, services and equipment management processes.
    • Knowledge with automated supply and service systems.
