A growing property management business seeks a responsible, well kept Carpenter/ handyman for a part or full time position. Must be able to trouble-shoot basic maintenance functions for several properties, including, but not limited to, Basic carpentry ,painting, changing faucets, cleaning/unclogging drains, changing locks/lights/smoke detectors, toilet repair. Must have own hand tools, cell phone and transportation and a valid driver’s license. Requires basic computer skills and must be able to pass a background check. be able to prioritize multiple incoming calls.
