Our maintenance technicians provide year round ongoing preventative maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment (Hot and Cold Equipment), HVAC, and general physical plant repair within our restaurants. Will be responsible for 12 locations throughout central Kentucky.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting, lubricating, and cleaning equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues with machinery and equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

-3-5 years of experience recommended

- Technical School Graduate or Degree

- Universal EPA certification required
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Welding experience is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
