Position Overview

Wave Works is a firm that specializes in marketing and sales for some of the most exciting and well-known companies in not just the country but the world. In account management, the responsibilities include working directly beneath the director of operations to manage the company's growth while increasing the number of new acquisitions our clients receive daily. You will be able to develop and experiment with cutting-edge marketing methods to achieve dramatic results for clients on both a large and small scale for many industries. This position is in person and deals with direct and face-to-face sales. This is not a door-to-door sales position.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage our clients’ new acquisitions.
  • Obtaining new sales by quoting customers based on their personal needs.
  • Implementing techniques learned during training.
  • Building relationships with clients and customers ensuring smooth operations.
  • Having the ability to manage individuals, and create a fun, productive, and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in communication, both written and verbal.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to multitask.
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Commitment to building strong relationships and business growth.
  • Competitive spirit and a drive to succeed.

Pay: $700.00 - $1,112.57 per week
