Job Summary
- Responsible for the setup, maintenance, and operation of the bar.
- Take drink orders from patrons or servers and prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes.
- Mix ingredients for cocktails and serve wine and bottled or draught beer. Ring drink orders into the register, collect payments, and make changes.
- May also wash and sterilize glassware, prepare garnishes for drinks, as well as take food orders for patrons at the bar and for take-out.
- Follow all policies and procedures as outlined by the company.
- Maintain a positive attendance record by reporting to work for assigned shifts at the scheduled time.
- Follow all sanitation and safety standards set forth by the company.
- Maintain our guest service philosophy by following guest service standards.
- Know all menu items offered at the restaurant. Accurately explain specials to guests.
