Responsibilities Include:

• Supervise all nursing care in the facility
• Assess residents as needed
• Document in residents medical record as needed
• Admit/readmit residents
• Ensure that a safe environment is maintained
• Assist unit nurses as needed
• Interact with facility physicians as needed
• Any other tasks as assigned by the DNS

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Current NYS RN (Registered Nurse) license.
• Experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of EMR and proficient in documentation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must be a compassionate and reliable team player.

Salary Range: Competitive Salary and Sign on bonus offers

$5,000 Sign on Bonus

Shift Needs: All Positions, including RN (Registered Nurse) Unit Manager, shift/house supervisor.
