About the Field HR Advisor Role
As a member of the WM People organization, the Field HR Generalist / Advisor provides tactical, responsive HR support to individual contributors in assigned business units and / or functions.
You'll be the first point of contact and trusted advisor for employee relations issues, HR policies and processes. You'll champion, demonstrate, and uphold WM Commitments & Values to foster an environment of trust, and employee engagement for a diverse workforce.
This role will be supporting our central and northern Minnesota market service areas (MSA) as well as our North Dakota MSA.
You'll regularly visit sites as a number of locations are a day trip distance away. Overnight travel will approximately be 1-3 nights per month.

To be successful as a Field HR Generalist / Advisor, you'll be expected to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
