Overview:
As the Landscape Account Manager, you will provide year-round management of a client portfolio including landscaping and maintenance. You will serve as the primary contact for your assigned customers, providing direct and indirect supervision for assigned crews. You will oversee existing client accounts and new customer acquisitions for landscaping projects. Responsible for delivering landscape services, staffing, training, and meeting financial goals.
Duties:
· Serve as our client’s primary contact to ensure customer satisfaction and outstanding quality of
work.
· Direct activities on the job site including, but not limited to coordinating workflow, hands on work.
· Conduct client meetings and site walk-throughs upsell present opportunities for enhancements and ensure landscape maintenance operations meet quality and safety standards.
· Consistently deliver excellent customer service and conflict resolution.
· Work with field employees to train and grow them individually and as a team.
· Identify plants and proper care along with types of turf.
· Follow proper procedures to ensure timely billing of completed jobs.
· Responsible for customer and contract management, assessment, and renewal.
Perform other related duties as assigned or as required.
Skills:
· Proven experience in sales or account management
· Strong account management skills with a proven track record in sales and leadership roles
· Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
· Proficiency in negotiation techniques to secure favorable pricing and contracts
· Ability to analyze accounts and conduct warm calling to build relationships
· Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively
