Our client is a well-respected home-building business headquartered in Richmond, VA, with a track record of successful projects throughout the mid-Atlantic region. We are searching for a seasoned Project Manager who will be responsible for conducting important parts of a home-building cycle, including initial land development research. The ideal candidate will possess experience in project management, coupled with a deep understanding of business principles and strategies. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects. If you are serious about building a career, you will have that opportunity, including training as needed to develop skills needed in the home-building sector. You do not need previous home-building experience.
This is a full-time, on-site position. Ten years of business/project management experience is required.

Finalists will be asked to complete an assessment as well as give authorization for background and reference checks. This is an in-person position centrally located in Richmond, VA.
Minimum starting salary is $65,000 to $75,000 based on experience. Benefits include health insurance (90% covered by employer) and a 401(k), with optional employee-paid dental and vision insurance.
