Description:

• Seeking candidates with a strong background in telecommunication projects, including experience with VOIP systems, network infrastructure, and telecommunications technologies.
• Experience with implementing and managing large-scale telecommunication projects in enterprise environments is crucial.

Project Management Skills:

• Strong project management skills are essential for overseeing a complex project like this. Candidates must have experience in leading projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile is beneficial.

Technical Expertise:

• Candidates should have a deep understanding of telecommunication technologies, including VOIP protocols, network infrastructure, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Experience with Motorola VESTA or similar public safety communication systems is highly desirable.

Leadership and Team Management:

• The ability to lead and motivate a team is crucial for success. Looking for candidates who have demonstrated leadership skills in previous roles, including managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching team members to achieve project goals is also important.
