The Front Desk Cashier will provide exceptional guest service while assisting guests by signing them up for attractions throughout the facility.

You will be expected to:

• Provide exceptional guest service
• Apply Wamesit’s core values to exceed guests’ expectations in person and over the phone
• Greet guests and assists with purchases
• Assist guests in signing up for attractions throughout the facility (bowling, golf simulators, etc)
• Have a strong product knowledge and understanding of attractions rules and regulations
• Make product recommendations and inform customers of all products offered
• Ensure that guests’ financial transactions are handled promptly and accurately
• Complete any tasks delegated by management

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
• Experience working in a Bowling Center a plus.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience working with POS systems a plus.
• Must have computer, cash register, and basic mathematical skills
• Must have good hygiene and professional appearance
• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Bowling/Golf League knowledge a plus
• Must be able to multitask
• Must be able to stand for 6-8 hours at a time
• Employment subject to successfully completing a Background Check and/or CORI Screening.
