Wamesit Entertainment Center Inc is Hiring a Floor Supervisor Near Tewksbury, MA
The Floor Supervisor will oversee and manage the daily operations of the entertainment center.
You will be expected to:
- Ensure there is exceptional guest service in all areas of the facility.
- Manage subordinate employees in accordance with operations and upholding Wamesit policies.
- Be responsible for attractions, bowling, food and beverage operations during the assigned shift.
- Enhance employee morale.
- Discipline subordinate employees when necessary.
- Ensure that all areas of the facility are kept clean and free of debris.
- Enforce safety practices, regulations and policies.
- Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the facility, employees and guests.
- Complete all other tasks as designated by Upper Management.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma required or GED equivalent.
- Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1-2 years’ experience supervising in a Restaurant or Bowling Center.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with all MS Office Applications.
- Minimum age of 21 years old.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must have strong attention to detail & organizational skills
- Must have effective problem solving and time management skills to ensure a quick response to guest needs.
- Must have exceptional personal hygiene.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment that requires being on your feet for an extended period of time.
- Employment subject to successfully completing a Background Check and/or CORI Screening.
