Walpole Outdoors is Hiring a Human Resources Generalist Near Foxborough, MA
Responsibilities
The Human Resources Generalist assists with the production and development of the Human Resources Department. This role manages recruitment processes, employee relations, and ensures company policies are intact and followed.
Job Duties
- Improve company’s guidelines and procedures
- Manage employee related complaints or issues
- Assist with payroll
- Actively recruit new candidates
- Complete hiring process by conducting orientations and completing new hire paperwork
- Abide by all employment laws and regulations to ensure the safety of the company
- Work to improve company culture and values
- Ensure all employees comply with company rules
- Work under the Human Resources Director and provide them with any necessary support
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field strongly preferred
- 3-5 years of prior experience in an HR setting
- Ability to multitask
- Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills
- Understanding of employment laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
