We are seeking a Contract Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced and innovative sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, a deep understanding of sales processes, and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
2. Processing orders accurately and promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Providing product/service information by answering questions and offering assistance as needed.
4. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to serve as an expert consultant for our customers.
5. Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
6. Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution.
7. Maintaining customer records by updating account information in the company database.
8. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Consulting Customer Service Representative position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within the sales industry.
2. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
3. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
4. Ability to answer emails promptly and professionally (mostly templates are provided)
5. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
6. Excellent communication skills.
