- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs and budgets
- Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and premiums to clients
- Assist clients in filing claims and provide support throughout the claims process
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
```Skills```
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and confidentiality
- Ability to conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Experience in outside sales or customer service roles is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with benefits administration is beneficial
- Ability to communicate complex insurance terms in a clear and understandable manner
