Job Responsibilities

• You develop and lead your associates
• You lead daily meetings with your team to plan and prioritize work
• You use my tools to provide my team with update, set goals, and track productivity.
• You are accountable to make sure your team’s critical routines are completed
• You attend monthly store meetings and communicate important information back to your team
• You have weekly discussions with your team to discuss the improvement of team productivity
• You tour your area with your coach and your team associates to check progress on goals and develop your team

Skills:

- Strong attention to detail for accurate inventory control
- Excellent customer service skills to assist customers effectively
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and customers
