Role (Overview of the Position)

• Artistic & Functional Landscaping: Join our team which has been dedicated to transforming properties into stunning outdoor canvases since 1997. Blend art with practicality.
• Diverse Responsibilities: Engage in tasks from site maintenance and material handling. From detailed work by hand to using machines to reimagine a property.
• Growth and Proficiency: Our goal is to continuously teach and develop the skills of our team members, including knowledge of materials and plants we work with, as well as the usage of machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)

• Site Maintenance: Daily site preparation and end-of-day cleanup. To start and leave every job in an orderly fashion.
• Material Handling: Able to move, stack, organize, and install materials at a job site as needed.
• Collaboration: Ability to work in a team, communicate, and interact respectfully with other crew members, vendors, and clients.

Results (Expected Accomplishments)

• Complete visually pleasing projects. Be integral to finishing projects and creating a wow effect for our clients.
• Become an indispensable part of the team. This is achieved through respectful communication, showing up on time, and a desire to learn and grow.
• Proficiency in identifying plants, rocks, and materials that we constantly work with.

Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)

• Physical stamina. We work outside and with heavy materials.
• Prior experience in landscaping or related fields preferred.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
