ABOUT YOUR ROLE: 

The Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) Assistant Team Lead provides clinical guidance and supervision to the CSC team, and screens and recruits clients and family members into the CSC program. The Assistant Team Lead works with staff inside the organization and in the wider community to refer people with first episode psychosis to the First Episode Psychosis Specialty Clinic. The CSC Assistant Team Lead will provide direct service to CSC clients who may possess mental, behavioral, or emotional disturbances resulting in significant functional impairment. The CSC Assistant Team Lead will be office and community based and will assist and support the Team Lead with supervisory needs and direct service delivery, as needed.

This position requires travel as need under outreach requirements.
