Position Summary
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the President/CEO and Executive Team with a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and sensitivity. This position requires the ability to solve problems, prioritize work assignments, and work well under pressure and deadlines. The candidate should be extroverted, proactive, and able to take initiative without being asked. They should be able to include themselves to get the job done efficiently. This position will interact with customers (internal and external), vendors, community leaders, outside agencies, the President/CEO, and members of the Board of Directors. It involves responding to and effectively managing many sensitive and confidential matters affecting the operations of the agency. This position involves interaction with the leadership team and thus requires additional mental efforts to perform the job satisfactorily.

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, management, or related field preferred. Two or more years of executive-level support experience is preferred. Must possess excellent computer skills to conduct and produce research. Be proficient in Microsoft Suite including creating spreadsheets, virtual meetings, and presentations. Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to be insured on organization policy.
