Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading and managing full cycle recruiting, addressing staffing numbers & maintaining a constant stream of applicants, onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ADP Payroll, creating & maintaining employee records, supporting management in addressing employee concerns. You will also help with Learning & Development Programs
Key Job Duties and Responsibilities
Attend job fairs to develop the employer brand and create a talent pool.
Interview and prescreen candidates.
Meet with department heads to create job descriptions and determine gaps for the organization.
Onboarding/ offboarding employees
Help to create and manage a rewarding Learning & Development program.
ADP Payroll
Maintaining employee records
Supporting Management in addressing employee concerns
Assist with other projects as needed.
Job Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's degree in Business preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent people skills to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, customers, and employees
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
